At BeeGentle Essence, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product quality. Since wax products are personal care & hygiene items, we follow a strict return policy.

–  Eligible for Return

A return request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or leaked product

  • You received a wrong product

  • Product was missing from the order

⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits) for all return or replacement requests.

– Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially used

  • The seal is broken or packaging is tampered

  • The return request is raised without unboxing proof

  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is purchased during sale / discount offers

– Return Request Timeline

  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

– Return Process

  • Contact our support team through our Contact Page by submitting your issue. Our team will connect with you via email or WhatsApp.

– Please share the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

  • Mandatory unboxing video proof

– Unboxing Video Guidelines (Important)

o be eligible for a replacement, a complete unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

  • The video must be recorded from the very beginning, showing the sealed and untouched package

  • The video should start before opening the courier package

  • The entire process must be shown continuously, without any cuts, pauses, or edits

  • The sealed outer packaging must be clearly visible in the video

  • The video must show:

    • Opening of the outer courier packaging

    • Removal of the inner product box

    • Opening of the product packaging

    • Clear and close focus on the product

– Issue Visibility Requirement

The video must clearly show the issue, such as:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaked product

  • Wrong product received

  • Missing item from the package

❗ Important Notes

  • Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted

  • Edited, cut, unclear, or incomplete videos will lead to rejection of the claim

  • Images or partial videos without full unboxing proof are not acceptable

⚠️ Replacement will be approved only if the issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video from start to finish.

  • Our team will review the request after verification

  • If approved, a replacement (exchange) will be provided

  • Refunds are not applicable
